Very simple, they just want to make sure that you are a hard worker, can handle responsibility and that you don't get too overwhelmed easily. It is nothing to get too stressed out about.

Great, it was my first official job, and they were nice and explained all of the job roles. Awesome staff and supervisors. I suggest Dunkin as a first-time job for anyone!
