Interview
There was a total of 4 rounds of interviews. The first was a simple 30 minute phone screen. The other three were a mix of case studies and behavior interviews with hiring managers and members of the team.
It was very casual. 2 team leads asked questions pertaining to the role of risk and fraud. It was a virtual interview. They did let me know their backgrounds as well.

They asked about my skills and knowledge of the role.
There are three stages. First is a phone call, second is a case interview, third is in person. In person is both case studies and behavioral questions. The questions are based on statistical analysis.
