I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at DrFirst
Interview
The process was straight forward.
5 programming challenges to implement in java on a paper and then a technical interview with technical team.
Then some technical question about my experience,... and why I'm looking for a new job and normal thing.
I was not willing to be employed there because of many negative post on this website about the way the expect their employees to work overtime also some bad user experiences from their customer ( I found those info 2-3 hours before the interview).
But the interview was not very challenging and It was the way I expected it .
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at DrFirst in Jan 2026
Interview
First was a recruiter call. Next was a pretty simple technical assessment on Codility. Last was an interview with the team that consisted only of technical questions and questions about my experience. There were some technical issues with the meeting and I had to call in alongside my computer. I wish that I had spent more time showing them my personal projects.
The process took 1 week. I interviewed at DrFirst (Frederick, MD) in Apr 2024
Interview
overall was a good process, interviewers were friendly. Wasn't too difficult compared to other companies. Would recommend to apply, the salary was good but less than big tech companies. Would recommend
