I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Dow
Interview
It was good. It was one on one but it felt like a conversation, very fluid. I enjoyed it. I kinda wish I could veiw some more of glass doors benefits without filling this survey out. Yet here we are. I am writing this as filler. Thanks for reading. Be yourself and have fun on the interview. Relax and there will be nothing to it.
I applied through university. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Dow (State College, PA) in Sep 2018
Interview
Casual in person interview obtained from the school career fair, went to a coffee shop and my interviewer was very positive and asked good questions but was also able to keep a conversation which helped make it more relaxed

Question 1
Tell me about a time how you creatively solved a problem other than asking a professor or looking it up
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Dow (Columbus, OH) in Feb 2011
Interview
I was able to get in contact with a recruiter on my school's campus. I networked through an event that a Dow representative was present at and later attended a career fair to talk to representatives a little bit more. I was granted an interview shortly after. The interview was pretty standard, there weren't any difficult questions, but I was a little confused by whether or not my interviewer liked me, his expression didn't change very much.

Question 1
Pretty standard questions. "What's a difficult situation you've been in and how did you deal with it" type questions.
