Interview
The interview was very straight forward and simple. I sent in my application, got a call the next day and scheduled an interview for the following day. All I was asked was the days that I was available, if I had reliable transportation, and If I liked cats.

Do you like cats? Do you have reliable transportation? Which days are you available? Can you properly count change in a short amount of time?
Came in and asked for the store manager. He took me into the office and asked a few questions. Questions : Why do you want to work for Dollar Tree? Do you know anyone that works here? How you deal with Multi-tasking? How you deal with pressure?
Got the job. (Mainly through Nepotism).

Interview
Went to interview and was nervous about answering questions for the job and depending on how I answer them. That would determine if I get the job or not. But it wasn’t like that at all. The store manager was super friendly and straight forward with everything. Applying was super easy online.
Very simple and easy was hired on the spot. More like a friendly conversation than an interview, was 30min-1hr long. Given tour of store and full run down of responsibilities
