I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Docusign (San Francisco, CA) in Mar 2020
Interview
Recruiter reached out and scheduled a phone interview with the manager. Manager spent half the time describing the role and never let me talk about my experience which was weird. The other half of the time was me asking questions and he kept rushing me. He said he would call me whether or not I got accepted because he didn't want me to get an auto email letter. I ended up getting an auto email rejection two weeks later ONLY AFTER I emailed him for an update. I emailed him again for feedback and he never replied. Super unprofessional in my opinion. Would not apply here again whether it be an internship or a job.
Thanks. We are sorry to hear about your experience with the hiring managers. If you are open to sharing more details. please email Nic.Jagoe@docusign.com our VP of Recruiting.
Typical screening to a Zoom call with the hiring manager to Senior leader to panel. Everything was pretty smooth and standardized. Nothing unexpected came up and the interviewers were all great.

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Docusign (Melbourne)
Interview
Straight forward process that included a great culture fit interview not just line management interviews. Well rounded process which meant I learnt about them and my first and they me.

Question 1
What was one thing you’ve achieved we’d not know about you asking you standard interview questions.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Docusign (San Francisco, CA) in Sep 2025
Interview
Applied through website with an employee referral. 30 min screening with HR. Then 45 minute interview with department interim director. This was a strange one. They kept asking me non-marketing related questions. Felt more like I was being interviewed for a role on that Directors actual team rather than the marketing department they were filling in for.

Asked several business analytics questions that were not marketing related.
