Total of 2 interviews. First interview was the main interview, Second was with the Store Manager who had final say so. Make sure to dress up. I wore dress pants, blazer and heels. Make sure you go over common sales associate interviews found on google just to prepare yourself.

4) What is customer service to you?
5) Tell me about a time you worked with a group to achieve a goal?
I did an application online got a call from a manager a couple days later. Went in for an interview. Met with two people the same day. A couple days later I got an email with an offer.

How do you feel that you would benefit this company?
The store manager was kind and understanding. The interview was quick and easy. He was very willing to give opportunities even with little to no experience with opportunities to earn commissions and learn from others.

Interview
This was a four step interview process held with four different ppl. Very easy & straight to the point. Description of job was explained very well. The interview process was unusual than most interviews, but it not difficult at all.
