I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Dillard's (Hurst, TX) in Mar 2014
Interview
Called in for a one on one interview with upper management, at that time I met with the store manager and District assistant manager. Was asked things like why I thought I could do a better job than the last manager, how would you change things, what are your career goals.

Question 1
History. How do you deal with confrontation. Availability
Very unorganized, no one knew what the other managers were doing. Norma the shoe manger was a nasty person and doesn’t like caucasians. Very back stabbing & they treat sales associates like trash.
I was heavily recruited. It was a smooth process. It consisted of 2 interviews. It was consistent with other retailers. The questions were answered and it was inviting . That’s all I have to say about my experience at Dillards
I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Dillard's (Wichita Falls, TX)
