The interview process was fairly quick! The HR lady was amazing and she had been working with me on a position within the agency umbrella for a while. As soon as something happened and the position I was interviewing for did not get approved yet, she quickly found something else within the company and it was even better. Interviewed with 2 people together and I was given a response within a day or so. It was perfect.

Applied online and had a recruiter reach out about my application. Had a screening call with the recruiter which was going well. One question she asked was if I need Visa sponsorship in the future. I currently do not which I stated, although she got very patronising and short with me about my Visa status and ended the call abruptly. You'd expect someone working in recruiting to be familiar with work Visas. It's hard enough to get an interview these days, having an ill-equipped recruiter shut down an opportunity is so disheartening.
