Interview
The process took about 4 weeks with 1 skype interview and 2 in-person interviews. It was very organized and felt welcoming and straightforward. HR person explained the whole process, so I knew what to expect. There was also a behavioral assessment, which took about 15 minutes. Overall process was friendly and professional.
Long interview process that went back and forth for a few weeks which shows that they are intentional with who they hire. I respect it. It was very mutual and they were willing to answer all questions transparently.
