Week 1 applied. Heard back two weeks later Week 3 got a phone call from HR to schedule an interview Week 4 had the phone interview Week 5 got asked to do a zoom interview with the department manager Week 6 got asked to come in for an in person interview. Was surprised to see 5 upper people in my in person interview and they were all upper management. The questions they asked made me feel like they already had selected someone for the role even before meeting me. It took them two more weeks to send me a rejection email. For a role that is entry level it this interview process felt like I was interviewing for the director position.
