      Applied to lga customer service position in aug got an email to do a Hirevue video questionaire was basic questions then was emailed to do a f2f at the marriot hotel near lga airport was about 20 people they explained the company had different staff talk about the years and all the good the company is then they explained what the position was about basically the role as a customer service agent then they called evryone to have a f2f one on one interview asked about 6 questions of situations you have experienced in tour previous jobs if your applying for customer service agent make all your answers include excellent customer service i feel they alrdy know who they want to hire based on the hirvue video because was quick interview and told right away we want to offer you the position and told to go into another room to fill out tax forms n take fingerprints on the spot also given a sheet to go take a drug test and to go take a physical test exam which is basically carrying a basket with a 50 pound weight in it from one end to the other of a hallway after that next days a third party company contacts you to do you background check so they email you back and forth to make sure they have everything you need so have all your prior jobs/ addresses you have lived jist makes this process so much easier then the waiting game took about 4 weeks before i got a email from delta to give me my first day of orientation and what orientation consist of its 4 weeks training first two weeks in class learning the systems they use one of the systems requires you to pass a test 50 question test easy Trainers make it easy to know what you need to know for the test after the first two weeks next two weeks consist of being on the actual lobby with a mentor watching and teaching you the whole way

      Time you delt with an irrate customer how did you handle it what was the outcome? A time you went above and beyond for a customer what dis you do and what was the outcome? Time you had a co worker who wasnt producing the same as everyone else how dis you handle that co worker what did you do to handle the co worker

      Simple and easy. Organised no confusion or time wasters. Got thru quickly. Everyone is really friendly and kind. But understand that the job is really not that easy. For people like me who are used to regular hours and need family time, this is not the best option for me.
