Gate Agent - Ready Reserve Interview

      Jun 8, 2017
      Anonymous interview candidate
      No offer
      Positive experience

      Application

I interviewed at Delta Air Lines

      Interview

Fill out application online last week and took assessment. Received email today to complete application which consisted of back ground, address, employer dates in the last 10 years. I completed that. I don't know their process so I'm not sure if they complete back ground checks before a f2f, telephone or hireview interview . I will have to wait too see what happens next if anything.

      Positive experience

      Application

The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Delta Air Lines in Oct 2018

      Interview

I got on their hiring website and reviewed the open positions. You fill out the application and questions. If you qualify you move on to a personality test. I got a message at the end that I would be moving on. I was invited to respond to recorded interview questions. They say those responses are stored for a year. A month later I got an invitation to interview in person. Headed there now. Wish me luck! I don’t have the outcome yet. I’ll update once I do.

      Interview

STAR questions, once you get to the face to face interview, first is the HIrevue online interview which I did not like, talking to myself was very uncomfortable, then I had to keep checking my job portal to find out where the search was at, it took a long time

      Question 1

Describe the time you observed a coworker do something to compromise safety procedures, and what did you do?
