Application Review:
Once you submit your application, HR team will review your resume and cover letter to assess your qualifications and experience.
Initial Phone Screening:
If your application meets our criteria, will schedule a brief phone call to discuss your background, interest in the position, and answer any preliminary questions you may have.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Deloitte (Milan) in May 2026
Interview
Il colloquio si compone di tre step:
1. chiamata da parte del team HR che ti spiega il processo e ti chiede di raccontarti
2. giornata di lavoro in gruppo + test AI + test inglese
3. colloquio tecnico col manager
it was two thirty minute interviews. The first was with a senior or manager and was all behavioral questions, and the second was with a Managing director or Partner and was mostly just chatting.
Basically the whole thing was a vibe check to see if you're an alright person. jsut answer honestly and you will do fine. Also they may ask for OT hours
