Typical online application process through their careers section on their website. I managed to get called for an online aptitude test at a venue which was monitored by Deloitte HR staff. The second stage was a group assessment center. There candidates were asked to first fill in a personality questionnaire. Thereafter, I was called in for a brief interview. After the interview candidates were divided into groups of 5 and asked to complete a task with a time limit of 25 minutes. Candidates had place cards with clues but could only verbally communicate the clues and no appointed leader was to be selected.

Question 1
Give a situation where you were stressful and how you coped with this situation.
Online Assessment followed by a Hirevue followed by Assessment Centre. Hirevue had 3 questions to be answered - 3 minutes each. Assessment centre was one day long with a handful of other candidates.

questions on why you think you’re the right fit for job, applicable skills etc, wasn’t too long of an interview, also had online interview before being invited into the office for a real one.
I applied online as usual and heard back from the recruiter over email. The application is pretty straightforward and the same as other companies. It might increase your chance of being reviewed if you have an internal referral.
