It was a long process that took a year:
I had two assessments - aptitude test and essay (inclusive of current affairs questions) held on separate days
Afterwards, I had two interview sessions - the first with a Manager & Senior Consultant and the second interview was with a Partner

The second interview was just a brief chat - more about me and my experience
It was a two stage interview. First the managers interview which also serves as the panel interview. Then the partners interview. Ideally, it is mostly brief. it can be one or more partner.

Interview
Overall, it was a good experience. Suggest preparing well and being honest to align with the company’s values and long-term goals. The questions vary depending on the role probably. Also suggest preparing your own questions, those are always important.
The interviewer was nice. Mostly bq questions, it was a 60 min back to back. The overall difficulties is around three out of five, and contain a question section at the end,
