Interviewed by 2 people, one is from HR and another one is from the tax department. The interview from HR is basically what you expect the company to be like and for you to ask anything about the company. The interview from the tax department is an interview about yourself. Nothing technical for fresh graduates.

Question 1
Define yourself (ie strengths and weaknesses) and why did you choose Deloitte compared to other Big Four Accounting Firms.
Online Assessment followed by a Hirevue followed by Assessment Centre. Hirevue had 3 questions to be answered - 3 minutes each. Assessment centre was one day long with a handful of other candidates.

questions on why you think you’re the right fit for job, applicable skills etc, wasn’t too long of an interview, also had online interview before being invited into the office for a real one.
I applied online as usual and heard back from the recruiter over email. The application is pretty straightforward and the same as other companies. It might increase your chance of being reviewed if you have an internal referral.
