I applied through university. I interviewed at Deloitte
Interview
The HR team was disorganised, they emailed us at 8 pm the night before an 8 am interview, where we were required to come with a prepared deck of their topic choice. To make things worse, they wrote "Dear Beth" (which is not my name) and it made me unsure if I even had an interview. The assessment started late and I felt very unprepared. The task was not that difficult - we simply got a passage about a location and each had to negotiate which one was the most suitable to build on.
I was informed I did not make it to the next stage, but again with an email starting with "Dear [insert candidate's name]". Finally, when I asked for feedback on my interview, they were difficult to reach and then never called on the day they said they would. Incredibly disappointed...

Question 1
Which land would be most suitable for Company X to build on?
First basic questions and process sheets. After that I go an invitation for a virtual meeting. However did not take place since I had to reschedule and then just quit my application.
Very straightforward and highly intuitive, this process requires virtually no specialized technical knowledge or prior experience. It is designed to be simple, accessible, and easily manageable for almost anyone involved.
An online application review, digital assessments/initial calls lasts about 30 minutes, and one or more rounds of competency-based interviews. Behavioral, scenario-based, and technical questions, a case study or presentation. An assessment day.
