Interview
The process begins with an online test. If successful you then proceed to first stage team exercise based on a case study, which will be followed by a 1:1 interview based on the same case study. If you are successful you will be invited back for an interview with a partner (where you have to give a 5 min presentation on a topic they give you). Be nice and participate in the team exercise, stay confident in all the 1:1s.

3 steps (CV, phone screening, group case study during business day, final assessment with behavioral interview and 2 individual case studies). At the end, partner interview, which was right at the end of the last 2 individual case studies.
three interviews the same day with different level of hierarchy. They ask relevant questions related to the position and there is unless questions such as "3 strenghts and 3 weaknesess"
