There will be 2 rounds of interviews. HR will call you through mobile to explain the job scope and confirm the interview schedule with you. Then, you will be interview with department manager.

First you will receive an email from somebody in costa rica, after that they will call you to set an appointment. Once that is done the manager will call and make go thru 5 or 6 questions. you have nothing but 30 minutes. two weeks later they will call you to set up another interview from USA.

The interview process was very organized and the recruiters provide you with feedback rather quickly.
I participated in 2 hour long virtual panel interviews. The panelist were friendly and they asked questions using the STAR format.
