Very straight forward. The interview was conducted via their hiring portal. You had to record your answers via video portal before submitting them. Be sure to have a working laptop and dress professionally even though it's virtual. Do your research before the interview.

Interview
One interviewer with a manager followed by another 3.5 hour interview split into 3 different interview sessions. During this, there was a 45 min Q&A panel with current associates and then I spoke with 3 managers. They asked questions about times from work experiences or school that I had to deal with. Then the last one had a role play that included referenced one of their services.

The interview process started as an informational interview which was fair and also helpful to get to know more about the company. The next step was a three hour long face to face interview over zoom that was much more in depth with a case study. Fair, but tough
