I applied through university. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Dell Technologies (Bengaluru) in Jul 2021
Interview
1) Elevated pitch round- Speak about a particular topic for 1-2 mins ,
2) Case study- Find solutions to particular problems and defend your solution ,
3) Technical interview- Questions regarding knowledge in cloud and other technical fields ,
4) HR interview- Questions on projects and general HR questions.
First is the elevator pitch round , happened on the zoom app with making of groups in each group 30-50 people are there and interviewer. One by one names will be called and you have to unmute and turn your webcam on for the interview afterwards you can leave the meeting.

Your introduction, then some basic questions from what you told then mostly they will about the company or job profile you applied for, and one instant on which you have to brief a little.

Interview
If the job role they are offering is related to Pre sales/Customer eXperience Engineer then there will be 3 rounds!!
1) Elevator pitch - You will be asked to speak about a topic usually related to modern technologies like cloud computing, E-commerce etc!! for 5 minutes.(it will be random,so just have confidence and speak with good enthusiasm and confidence)
After clearing this the 2nd round is about designing a solution for client’s data centre environment.
This has 2 parts:-
1st part :-
Basically the hiring team will share the document which consists of problem statement and also a guide for your reference which has everything you need to know to build a solution.
Then you need to build a solution and defend the solution by giving proper reasoning to the panel.In the same round the panel might ask some Aptitude questions as well!!
3rd round is HR/Manager round,they will ask some general questions related to your hobbies,projects,interests etc
That’s it!! After this they will let you know the result.
