Decipher Biosciences interview questions

Started off with a big assessment (4-5 page report), phone interview, then big presentation with questions from everyone. Presentation was awkward as few people had their cameras on. Overall, the initial assessment was very long and difficult to complete for absolutely no compensation. Phone screening should have been performed prior to the assessment to avoid wasting everyone's time.
