HR askes you to write an essay in cursive. The essay is used to find out informatin on your personality. They ask you to have a phone interview where they ask you very specific manufacturing questions such as speeds and feeds. They ask you when you can come in for a face to face interview. In the face to face interview they show you the facility and ask you about manufacturing processes and how familiar you are with the equipment and materials. They will have the owner, COO, and the leed engineer. The most important person is the CEO and owner. You will get an offer within one week.
