Two round interview process with the direct team you will be working on. In person interview located at their headquarters in Detroit, no virtual. One was more relaxed as it would be with your day-to-day manager
I was invited to a meeting with engineering manager. The interview lasted about 30 minutes. I could tell pretty early on that I wasn't going to get the position simply because I didn't have the necessary skills. The process was pretty painless, not much to say.

Great ! Very resume oriented One hr round , which was super simple and straightforward. It was mostly a person to company fit behavioral analysis In the technical round, they asked questions pertaining to strength of materials
