Test task in Excel, then interview with 2 supervisors including Excel simulation, which basically repeated the test task. At the end, interview with 2 management leaders. A little bit formal (everyone asked the same small talk question about the weather in my city), but overall very positive experience. Will let you know very quickly you're not selected, which is good.

Datarails reached out to me on Linkedin about the role and after over a month-long process involving three interviews and a two-hour Excel test I received a generic automated rejection email. The lack of respect for candidates’ time and effort at the final stage was shocking

Interview
Average process. The recruiter was very responsive at first, but then started to feel like I was constantly having to send multiple emails to get a response back. Process was straightforward with a call with the recruiter, then timed take-home excel assignment. Next was a call with a Team lead with behavioral questions and a quick live Excel skill screening session. Final round was with another team lead and the VP. Others said they'll let you know quickly if you don't get an offer, but that wasn't the case for me. I was left hanging for days just to get a generic rejection email.
