This was an open position for a growing team that was in need of a quick but reliable hire. I was already employed at Infogroup and they were looking for someone internal with my similar experience. I had an initial pre-screen interview with a team member to learn more about the position. I then met with the hiring manager for an official interview. It was a quick turnaround after that and I was hired within a week.

They are all different depending on who is hiring. I talked to one person for thirty minutes. Spoke to another on the phone for 5 minutes while there. Got the job.
