Interview
The interview process consists of four rounds, beginning with an initial screener. You’ll meet with the recruiter first, followed by your direct supervisor, then the director, and finally the VP. All interviews are conducted in a freeform conversational format. There are no case studies, projects, or technical assessments whatsoever required.

Interview
I made it to the final round of interviews/reference checks and was then ghosted… which is unfortunate considering this was for a HR role. I expected more professionalism from the hiring team and hope they do better for future candidates.
They are also super nit-picky about who you provide for references.

What was the rating on your last performance review?
Recruiter and manager interview. The recruiter was fantastic, but the manager seemed disinterested, and hurried the interview along despite only being 30 minutes. Asked hr process questions not aimed at me, but as if trying to learn how to change their processes.

The manager asked a significant amount of Operational and process specific questions like he was trying to learn how my company does things, not how managed them.
