The interview process was positive, thorough, and thoughtful, though I would have loved if it moved a bit more quickly. I met with the ED for a 30-minute Zoom, met with the Chief of Staff for a 30-minute Zoom, and met with the ED and Director of Programs in person. I received a rejection email three weeks after the final interview; I suspect they were waiting to hear back from higher choice candidates. The conversations were substantive and positive.
