A really efficient and well structured process compared to all the other interviews I undertook when looking for a new role. Initial scoping conversation with a Technical Director to understand the needs and ambitions of both parties, a warm and transparent conversation. Very soon a psychometric was shared which was appropriate for the role and grade in industry, whilst not feeling intrusive at all. Following this a Technical Review with a very impressive member of the Senior Management and a conversation with the Regional Director and HR. Communication throughout the process was excellent, everyone was really delightful to deal with, and all were fantastic representatives for Cundall. The process and people sold the job itself.
