I met recruiter at the career fair on campus. After their internal resume review, they reached back out to me and scheduled a teams call. After this call, they extended me an offer.

Interview
I visited the Cummins booth at my University's Career fair. They seemed quite positive about my resume. Spoke with them for a good half an hour.
Also got an opportunity to sit for the first round of interviews. It was a 1-1 interview and was mostly behavioral. Quite straightforward. However , unfortunately I got a rejection mail in a few days.
