4 rounds of interview - 1 with the recruiter, 2 rounds with Senior Managers and 1 with Partner. First impression: the company/practice lacks diversity great time. The interviewers came off as arrogant and not personable. At least they were very honest about the small client size & small team with huge workload. I knew very early on in the interview that the company is not a good fit for me.
