Interview
Very friendly and straightforward. They treat you like a human being, and ask questions that relate to the job. No ridiculous questions about “what kind of bear would you be” or “how many golf balls on a 747. There were 2 interviews.

Interview
The interview process was professional. CEL gave an AutoCAD test, and followed with a list of questions. Make sure you refresh your autocad knowledge before you go for an interview. Also they are two rounds of interview.
