First got the offer on LinkedIn from NxtGen Search Then, I had a short interview call with the recruiter from NxtGen Once they were satisfied, I was scheduled for another interview over the phone with the Credit Karma rep. Even they were satisfied from my interview that they schedule a final onsite interview for good 3-4 hrs! Once I had my interview and it went good, I was told that I will get to hear back from the recruiter and they never contacted me again to at least tell me whether it was good or not or whether they want to move on with me!!! It was very unprofessional of them and the recruiter never responded my concerns again after calling, texting and emailing him several times. They literally wasted hours of my precious time and I had to take a whole one day PTO from my current job to attend the rubbish interview

The individuals that interviewed me were very nice and easy to talk to. It was good vibes overall and really enjoy the employee culture that they talked about. There are some technical questions you would need to answer, but they are related to the job and very reasonable questions that were asked.
