The interview process was unique + fun. the initial 3 interviews were great. However the last interview with the CEO seemed inappropriate to me. It had a conversation style rather than an interview (which is totally cool) however questions/ comments such as " you seem young/how old are you" came up (it is not O.K for a future employer to ask for your age as long as you are 18 ). In addition to he quickly caught up on my accent and asked about racial background (cool, I am used to it) what made me uncomfortable was the fact that he asked about my parents "citizenship" status when I was born in the country (totally illegal question to ask). After hearing those questions and discussing it with other people I knew I was not going to be hired.
