I received an email from store manager about the posted position and we scheduled for Wednesday. I was Interview by the assistant manager and she asked the basic retail questions and I felt great about my answers. She said I’ll get a call for next interview . I get a call to come in about 5 days later to be told I didn’t get the job. However, I met all the requirements in the job description and I have the experience so, I was puzzled.

went through two interviews, first with the assistant manager then the store manager. It was very straight forward. I applied online and the next day we set up the interview and within a week I had gotten the job offer.

Phone interview then had a in person interview. The interview went well I believe however I was not offered the position due to my lack of experience in leadership. Need some sort of experience leading a group or team for this position
