phone interview, online assessment (1 hr+), in-person interview with 2 interviewers
They used the STAR behavioral method for both the phone and in-person interviews. The interviewers were extremely robotic and the in-person interviewers were rude. They talk about how they are big on promoting from within the company and moving people up but then basically said I was not hired because I was over-qualified. They make a big deal about how the most common reason they lose employees for this position is due to attendance yet they will not hire people who are ready to work hard.

Good experience overall. Reviewed the advertisement for the job which was thorough and explained the prequalifications and benefits. Answered questions to determine if it was a good fit for me personally. Decided not to move forward at the end of the day.

Yes the interview was Very easy , 2 part interview . If you have customer service history or either retail. Sales experience is a plus also , STAR style interview
