The interview is more of a light conversation. They like to get to know you and your experiences. Organization and being a people person is a must in this industry. Sales background is a plus.

Interview
Unprofessional at its best. True mean girl vibe. When I arrived the manager was totally unprepared for the interview I waited for about 15 minutes for her and about 5 before she acknowledged that she would be with me. She and the assistant manager you can tell are good friends and you can definitely feel that vibe of immatureness. During the interview she kept looking at her phone for the questions that she needed to ask and this immediately was a sign of unpreparedness and unprofessionalism.

Question 1
All questions were normal like what are you looking for in a company basic questions an interviewer would ask. Then I met with the assistant manager and it was all ok until she indirectly asked me how old I was by asking how old my son was then she makes a statement you don’t look that old still without me telling her my age. How rude!! This question is very illegal to ask and I knew at this point they would not be calling me back because of that statement. I am now seeking an attorney as this question was totally illegal. And this is what I meant by a mean girl atmosphere as you could clearly tell by the assistant managers response and look on her face and how she immediately wrapped up the conversation. The home office will definitely be hearing from me or my attorney.

Interview
I applied online, where I had to submit videos for a one-sided recorded interview. The next day a recruiter reached out and called me and we discussed the position, really seemed to hit it off, and ultimately I was sold on the position. She wanted to set up a second interview call. however when it came time for the day and time we arranged to speak I did not receive a call. I texted about 5 minutes after our scheduled time, to which she replied a last minute conference call came up and she would contact me afterwards. (it would have been nice if it had been communicated to me that she was no longer available for our second interview call so that I wasn't just sitting there waiting. The rest of the evening went by with no response so I reached out again but this time with no response. I called the recruiter the next day and again, no response. Overall this felt like an extremely unprofessional way to treat potential candidates. please improve your communication.
