Corbett Group Homes interview questions

Brought me in for an interview after a phone call to set up a time. The office was a mess as they had just moved. The offered me a job in the spot. But it felt like they just wanted a warm body, and they wanted to pay me $12 an hour- I was kind of insulted. I have 4 years experience, and this is the Bay Area. I told them I wasn't interested and thanked them for their time. Please increase pay!!
