Applied online, received an invite to do an editing assessment. Was sent the assessment at arranged time - pretty easy, took about an hour. Sent it back and received confirmation but then silence. Seems to be pretty typical with this company. After sending a reminder after 10 days, they let me know they'd gone in another direction. As I was working as an editor for a think tank at the time, and am confident my test was flawless, I'm not too sure what else they were looking for - but such is life.
