Really enjoyed speaking with the Recruiter. She was organised, friendly and timely, giving me accurate next steps. I was very anxious at this step and she greatly quelled my fears through her kindness. Then I had an interview with the Senior PM and Project Lead, again, both lovely people. I got to understand them as people before project professionals and an insight into the work culture. Remarkably, I was also very anxious at this stage (which I believe messed up the interview on my end). At this point I hadn't been invited to an interview in about 1 year and 3 months hence my fears, but they remained very understanding towards me. However I did have to reach out for an update regarding my application which was sadly a no. Seems like a nice place.
