Invited to interview 3 weeks after application deadline. Digital interview using the HireVue platform. What a horrible way of conducting an interview! No way to show your personality and difficult to properly communicate when there is no feedback from the interviewer. The questions were mostly basic behavioural questions and feelings about relocating to the location of their headquarters.
