I had a very positive experience interviewing at Confluent. The process was extremely thorough, with each interviewer assessing both culture fit and aptitude.
Typically, the waiting time between interviews can be tense, but Winnie the recruiter for this role, made the process a positive and stress-free experience. I received feedback within 24 hours after each round and was offered a prep chat at each stage. Just a great interview experience.
