I was interviewed by two supervisors in the department. There were three parts: A basic list of yes/no questions to answer, behavioral questions, and a written test. The interview went pretty smoothly but I'm still waiting to hear back from them. Just be prepared to be there for a while.

2.5 hour interview. 20 yes or no questions to start interview basically asking if you’re able to do the job requirements (overtime, travel, read/write). Rest of interview is behavioral questions nothing to do with engineering.
