Friendly and engaging interview process. Very welcoming staff and office environment. Like most brokerages, they are always looking to add to the roster, and the process of joining was simple.
They ask what do I want out of the company. And tell you what value they have to help you achieve that goal. Which was the tech and support of the staff.
