One to one interview with a manager about my past experiences although little is required and then a practice run. It last about half a day, at one of the local stadiums.
A fairly relaxed interview without too much pressure on site that only lasted about 15 minutes. They mainly ask for information about you rather than testing you about what you know.

Quite relaxed, a room full of interviewers and interviewees on tables. You get called for a one on one interview with one of the people for about 15-20 minutes. Just be very positive, up beat and have some previous bar experience
