I was referred by an employee and got an interview with the CEO of the company. It was about a 45 minute meeting and then I met with the HR director who explained the next steps. The HR director called me a aouple days later with an offer. In the interview, just show confidence in your abilities, be prepared, and you should be good.

Phone screen and then face to face at office. Very professional and informative. Decision makers available to talk with on first interview! Met with 3 people who had a lot of passion for the company and their roles and described in detail the expectations for this role.
