Interview
First got contacted by a headhunter for the position. Then had a first 30 min call with someone from HR to discuss my background, degrees and motivation for this position. Subsequently I was invited to their office for sort of big day: I had interviews with a director and with one MD. Interviews a long and complicated case study (quite technical). Then I had to do modelling test (cash flow) and also went through a numerical test. I was invited for another round of interviews which consisted mainly of meeting the different members of the team. On overall the process took 4 weeks.

Interview
I interviewed for the London office. I had three stages of interviews: an HR phone call and 2 meetings with the team. The interview process was quick and mostly concerned with my understanding of the role. Very friendly team.
I was contacted by HR who asked if I am available on certain dates. I immediately sent a responce if it is possible to schedule an interview on any other day. After that I was ghosted. Then I tried to reach out and got a formal rejection leter. Open communication does not exist in this bank. Their HR team is horrible! Any other employer would just communicate that this is no longer possible. I was rejected because I asked a simple question which feels very unfair.
