It was pretty simple. Behavioral and then teaching demo. However there is a lack of communication. I was asked to interview the day before and then was ghosted for months. Even after following up and being told I would get a decision soon I was ghosted again. Communication was lacking.

The process was good and clean. The interview was nice and asked questions related to specific subject I was going to teach. A good place to start your education career.

Describe your previous experience and why you chose command education.
It was very straightforward. They asked me about myself and my experience with students and what my experience at my current company was like. I decided not to take the job because I got a better offer.
