Interview
Brief! Straight to the point and no BS questions. I met with a current account manager and was then passed on to a supervisor for the duration of the interview. They were very social and just want to get to know you from a personal perspective.

Question 1
Describe a time you were forced to overcome a situation which was out of your control and you knew was headed in the improper direction
Relatively easy and basic questions, short interviews. Phone screen with recruiter, manager then met some people on the team. Nothing crazy and was brief. Much easier than other companies in my experience interviewing.
It wasn't difficult at all. Asked basic CSR questions and smooth process. The hiring manager reached out for initial phone interview. Then a follow up interview with CSR team manager.

Interview
The interview process invovled a phone screen with a recruiter followed by three one-on-one interviews with different managers/leaders. I didn't have a chance to meet any prospective teammates, which was different from other interview processes that I've been in. I initially accepted the job offer for a remote position, but withdrew before my start date due to some differences between employment practices in my state and how the organization was intending to manage that. I did not feel good about their approach.
